Return Eligibility

At linemarket, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Ship the item back using the provided instructions
  5. Receive your refund once we process the returned item

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
  • Design services and consultations
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Clearance or discounted items (unless defective)

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made an error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damage when contacting us.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your shipping receipt until the return is processed.

Store Credit

In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund. Store credit can be used toward future purchases and does not expire.
